Hi, my name is Linda Weijers and I'm based in Hamilton

Virtual Assistant

Linda is a passionate people person and an experienced organised all-rounder with many skills and experiences in different sectors including NGO and Government. She is an excellent communicator, efficient administrator, enthusiastic motivator and educator, a great relationship builder and loves working with volunteers. 

 

Linda’s strengths are in understanding people and helping to bring out the best in them. She loves creating connections and building relationships, she is passionate about diversity and inclusiveness and has vast cross-cultural experience.

 

Practically she is skilled in leadership, training, HR management – promotion, recruitment, retention and recognition, courageous conversations, employment law, immigration law, marketing, executive assistance, creating guidelines/policies, advocacy, event organising,’ impossible’ problem solving and cake baking.

 

Outside of the above Linda is active in humanitarian work supporting former refugees and migrants with resettlement in New Zealand. In her free time she loves going on adventures and out for coffee.
