Pavla is a goal-oriented hospitality professional with plenty of experience managing customer facing teams in UK and Wellington since 2014. While managing premises, she has built up a strong knowledge of practical administration systems and processes. She knows what works well, and how to make changes in small hospitality businesses.
She will be an asset to the FPA team for her customer care skills and desire to problem solve. We welcome her proven skills in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line profits for her employers.
She especially likes working with data, budgets and finances. She learnt her skills through managers’ roles dealing with daily operations of restaurants and wholesalers. Product pricing, and data analysis for new product development, are specialist areas Pavla enjoys.
