Valley Surveying initially requested us to review already implemented systems and refine, if necessary. Secondly, they expressed interest in reconnecting with previous clients and updating their present CRM.
Freelancer PA initiated task management for weekly and monthly updates. Successful implementation of streamlining and updating processes and systems, for efficiency and functionality was also achieved. SOPs, Health & Safety policies were left in place for new office manager and we are presently undertaking active customer engagement.

Using our expertise we were able to recognise several points of improvement that could be made for our clients. Our tasks initially revolved around updating SOPs, Health & Safety policies, and reviewing systems for seamless operation of Xero’s ‘Workflow Max’ – updating spreadsheets and the system – thus assisting their office manager. Our on-going work has been to implement CRM strategies to enable Valley Surveying continuous networking, marketing support for their database and ensuring proposals were consistent, with follow-ups for clients.
